Ph.D. Biotechnologist & Biochemical Engineer · Identity Bioengineer · Creator of The MI²™ · Founder of The Inner Lab

I am a Ph.D.-trained biotechnologist and identity bioengineer working at the intersection of two worlds that rarely meet: biochemical engineering and human identity.

I spent my 20-year career researching how complex biological systems are optimized, and how they achieve stability and sustainability through structure and integration. That work resulted in 96 peer-reviewed publications, industry-adopted innovations, and leadership roles in biotechnology and deep-tech ventures.

I later applied the same scientific principles to a different system: human identity.

This work is the foundation of the Molecular Identity Integration Model™ (MI²™).

I am the founder of The Inner Lab, an international identity integration lab based in Düsseldorf, working with high-achieving professionals across Europe and internationally.

This work is research-driven, evidence-based, and grounded in lived practice.

The Problem Is Not Performance — It Is Structure

Despite professional success, I repeatedly observed the same paradox across science, leadership, and creative fields — in others and in myself.

Highly capable people were not struggling because they lacked discipline, motivation, or intelligence. They were struggling because different parts of their identity were forced to operate in isolation: scientists at work, artists in private, leaders in public.

Traditional coaching focuses on optimization. Therapy focuses on symptoms. Neither treats identity as an integrated system.

As a scientist, that gap was impossible to ignore.

The MI²™ was developed to address this structural gap.

This is neither therapy nor traditional coaching. It is a precision-engineered method for people who want to understand themselves at a deeper level — intellectually, emotionally, and structurally.

My Nine Atoms. My Inner Formula.

Integration Is Not Theory. It’s Lived.

I do not teach integration from the outside. I live it.

My Ph.D. research was on bioethanol production — a molecule with exactly nine atoms bonded into one stable structure. Years later, I realized my own identity had the same composition: nine distinct parts that needed to bond:

Scientist · Teacher · Mother · Partner · Coach · Entrepreneur · Painter · Writer · Mystic

These are not roles I balance. They are atoms I’ve bonded.

This is not branding — it is the empirical origin of the model.

This lived integration is the reason the MI²™ works in complex, real-world lives.
