These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of digital products and services offered by:

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Inner Lab provides educational and informational content related to identity integration, including but not limited to:
- Online programs and workshops
- Digital products (PDFs, assessments, educational materials)
- Consultations and learning experiences
All services are provided for educational and developmental purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded when:
- You complete a purchase via the website, and
- Payment is successfully processed.
You will receive confirmation by email.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. I do not store your payment card details.
Access to digital products or services is granted after successful payment.
5. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB:
For digital content delivered immediately (e.g. downloads, assessments, online programs), the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun, provided you expressly consented to this and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right before purchase.
By purchasing digital products on this website, you expressly agree to this condition.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Digital Products (The Fragmentation Blueprint, The Molecular Masterclass)
Due to the nature of digital content, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right (Widerrufsrecht) does not apply once access to the digital content has been granted, provided the customer has:
- a) Expressly consented to the immediate provision of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- b) Acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
This is in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).
All sales of digital products are final once access has been granted. No refunds will be issued for digital products after access has been provided.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at info@innerlabacademy.com within 7 days of purchase. We will resolve the technical issue or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
6.2 Live Workshops (The Identity Integration Workshop)
Live workshops are services subject to the following cancellation policy:
- 14+ days before the workshop: Full refund
- 7–13 days before the workshop: 50% refund or transfer to a future workshop date
- Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person or a future date
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@innerlabacademy.com. The date of receipt of the written cancellation determines which policy applies.
Workshop cancellation by The Inner Lab: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
6.3 The MI²™ Integration Programme (12-Week Programme)
The MI²™ Integration Programme is a hybrid offering combining digital content and live coaching services.
Digital content component: Subject to the same terms as Section 6.1 above. Once access to programme materials is granted, this portion is non-refundable.
Live session component: Once the first live session has been scheduled or conducted, no refunds will be issued for the live session portion.
Commitment Guarantee: We offer a Commitment Guarantee under the following conditions:
If the participant:
- Completes all 6 scheduled live sessions;
- Completes all between-session assignments and exercises;
- Actively participates in the programme as directed; AND
- Does not experience measurable improvement in their Inner Stability Score (as calculated using the MI²™ methodology)
Then The Inner Lab will provide up to 3 additional coaching sessions at no extra charge.
This Commitment Guarantee is not a money-back guarantee. It is an offer of additional service contingent upon the participant’s full engagement with the programme. The determination of whether the conditions have been met is at the reasonable discretion of Dr. Svetlana Nikolić Poligenis.
The Commitment Guarantee must be claimed in writing within 14 days of the final scheduled programme session.
6.4 Statutory Rights
The policies described in this Section 6 do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, except where such rights may be waived in accordance with the law (as in Section 6.1 regarding digital content).
6.5 Payment Plans
If you have purchased a product or programme using a payment plan, you remain obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to use the product or service. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and collection actions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, materials, frameworks, and downloadable resources, is protected by German copyright law.
The Molecular Identity Integration Model™ and MI²™ are trademarks of Dr. Svetlana Nikolić Poligenis. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Misuse website content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use materials in a misleading or unlawful manner
Violation may result in restricted access or legal action.
9. Liability
The content provided is created with care but offered without guarantee of specific results.
The Inner Lab is not liable for:
- Decisions made based on the provided information
- Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
12. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes.
